1. I want to import membership information from another source (Access/Excel, CSV)

   ANSWER: Please email support@lumisys.co.uk with the file containing your database along with a description.  We will do our best to convert it to work with MMS 2008 (Access/Excel & CSV format can be converted by us, others may not). 2. What is the difference between the Evaluation & Full version.

   ANSWER: The Evaluation has a maximum of 20 Members, the Full version is virtually unlimited (as long as you have enough disk space).  You also need to purchase the Full Version to be able to print Membership Cards.

3. I'd Like to suggest a new feature, what do I do?

   ANSWER: Simply email support@lumisys.co.uk & we will consider your request.

4. I think I've found a bug or error, what now?

   ANSWER: Email support@lumisys.co.uk giving the exact error message & as much detailed information as possible.  All include the err_log.txt file which is in your MMS 2008 directory.

5. How do I upgrade to a new version?

   ANSWER: Download & Install the new version.  Run MMS 2008.  We recommend you backup your MMS 2008 database before you install & run the new version.

6. So I don't need to pay for any upgrade, ever?

   ANSWER: That's correct!  Once you have bought MMS 2008 you pay nothing extra for technical support, patches or upgrades...EVER!

7. How does MMS 2008 compare to similar products?

   ANSWER: Why not try them out?  Other similar products cost up to £600 (and some more) for the same features you get in MMS 2008.  We are confident that once you have used MMS 2008 you will not need to look elsewhere.

8. What are the PC requirements to run MMS 2008?

   ANSWER: Windows 2000 or higher is required.  If you have Windows 98 or Windows ME then you need to install THIS file before you install MMS 2008, but Windows 98/ME is no longer supported, thought it will work with the JET fix. No additional files are required for Windows 2000 or Windows XP. 

9. What happened to MMS 2005 ?

   It was replaced with MMS 2008 in December 2007.  Support etc continues as before.
