MMS 2008 Multi User Edition overcomes the problem with only 1 PC being able to access the Membership data at any given time.  If you have a need to have it installed onto more than 1 PC to would be a complicated task as in the Standard or Professional version there is a single database that only allows access to 1 person at a time.

Steps required to use Multi user Edition:

• Download & install MySQL 4.1 or higher

• Download & install the MySQL ODBC Client.exe

• Install MMS2005 V1.56 or higher

• Run through the Wizard then go to Tools/Options/Multi User & follow the instructions

YOU CAN FULL EVALUATE THE MULTI USER EDITION (LIMITED TO 20 MEMBERS).  DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALL MYSQL CAN BE FOUND HERE

Important Information: MMS 2008 Multi User edition requires that the PC's be on the same LAN (Local Area Network) & are using the TCP/IP protocol (which 99.99% of machine do use).

The License for MMS 2008 Multi user Edition lets you install it on any number of PC's within the same physical location.
